Great post-workout supplement!

I am a sports nutritionist and I recommend this supplement to my athletes to be taken mainly after physical activity for recovery (as it can help with muscle synthesis, preventing muscle damage and starting the recovery process). But even if you are not an athlete (like most of us!), you can benefit from this supplement as it provides all the essential amino acids, important to help building protein in our bodies. In the morning I add half a serving (one scoop) to vegan yogurt (I prefer coconut over soy), along with pumpkin seed, chia, and oat bran, and it generates good satiety, makes the intestine working, and help with my concentration. Also excellent for elderly people who have difficulty reaching a good amount of protein-day and need to eat high quality protein to prevent sarcopenia (sarcopenia=loss of muscle mass, strength, and function in older adults).
